Classroom Mini Grants

Classroom Mini Grants

At Gulf Coast Educators FCU, we know that creating engaging classroom experiences often comes with extra costs, and teachers shouldn’t have to shoulder them alone. That’s why we created our Classroom Mini Grants. Each semester, we award up to twenty-five (25) $100 grants to help our teacher members bring their creative ideas to life. If you have a project or activity that would make a difference for your students, tell us how you’d use the funds for a chance to receive a Classroom Mini Grant.

The Rules

  1. Must be a member in good standing of the credit union to receive a grant. Good standing is defined as a member whose loans are up to date, and the account balance must be within the courtesy pay limit.

  2. Grant requests should be for specific items needed to engage students or facilitate classroom learning

  3. Recipients will be notified and funds deposited into the grant recipient’s Gulf Coast Educators primary savings account. If you are selected for a grant, the credit union reserves the right to use your name in announcements to the media and membership about the grants.
